| dc.description.abstract | Tématem mé bakalářské práce je akutní nekrotická pankreatitida, které v naší republice přibývá. Incidence nemoci se uvádí 5 -20 na sto tisíc obyvatel. Práci jsem rozdělila na část klinickou a ošetřovatelskou. Součástí klinické části je anatomie a fyziologie, charakteristika akutní pankreatitidy, vyšetřovací metody a léčba. Ošetřovatelskou část tvoří péče o 67 letou nemocnou, postiženou akutní nekrotickou pankreatitidou. Použila jsem metodu ošetřovatelského procesu dle Virginie Henderson. The clinical parts deals with anatomy, physiology, characteristic of acute pancreatitis, investigative methods and its treatment. Nursing part includes care of 67 years old woman with acute necrotic pancreatitis. I used the Virginie Henderson's method in nursing process.
