Použití automatického externího defibrilátoru složkami integrovaného záchranného systému - úroveň proškolení hasičů a policistů

Abstract

The theme for this thesis is based on the European Resuscitation Council's guidelines for cardiopulmonary resuscitation of 2015. One of the important points of these procedures is the use of an automatic external defibrillator (AED). These devices were developed for informed responders without the knowledge of cardiac rhythm diagnostics and allow to perform an early defibrillation of the heart, before the arrival of emergency services. AED is a sophisticated device that is a part of the equipment of I - firefighters and policemen. Training of these so-called first aid responders performs the local emergency service team. Over the years 2015 and 2016, the majority of the professionally active firefighters and police officers in one selected Czech district who have the automatic external defibrillator in their equipment attended a training in how to use this device. The aim of this thesis is to determine whether the concept of the training courses is sufficient. If the theoretical part is well understandable for the respondents, and whether the practical training is sufficient - not only the actual compressions and ventilation, but also the use of an automatic external defibrillator, or whether it would be appropriate to extend this training. Téma pro tuto diplomovou práci vychází z doporučených postupů Evropské rady pro resuscitaci pro neodkladnou resuscitaci z roku 2015. Jedním z důležitých bodů těchto postupů je použití automatického externího defibrilátoru. Tyto přístroje byly vyvinuty pro poučené laiky ovšem bez znalosti diagnostiky poruch srdečního rytmu a umožňují jejich prostřednictvím provést časnou defibrilaci srdce, ještě před příjezdem záchranné služby. Jde o sofistikovaný přístroj jenž je součástí vybavení složek IZS - hasičů i policistů. Proškolením těchto tak zvaných first responderů se zabývá záchranná služba. V průběhu let 2015 a 2016 se zúčastnila většina hasičů a policistů, kteří mají automatický externí defibrilátor ve svém vybavení, školení ve způsobu použití tohoto přístroje. Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, zda je koncepce školení dostatečná. Jestli je pro respondenty dobře pochopitelná teoretická část a zda je dostatečný praktický nácvik nejen vlastní resuscitace, ale i v použití automatického externího defibrilátoru, nebo by bylo vhodné tento nácvik prodloužit. V této výzkumné práci byla využita kvantitativní metoda anonymního a dobrovolného dotazníkového šetření. Výzkumným vzorkem byli hasiči a policisté z jednoho okresu ČR, kteří školení absolvovali a mají automatický externí defibrilátor ve své výbavě....
