Etické souvislosti výkonu sociálně právní ochrany dětí na obecních úřadech obcí s rozšířenou působností

Abstract

Diplomová práce se nazývá "Etické souvislosti výkonu sociálně právní ochrany dětí na obecních úřadech obcí s rozšířenou působností". Cílem diplomové práce je popsat etická dilemata v přímém kontaktu s nezletilými dětmi a jejich rodinami a doplnit jej o empirické kvalitativní šetření. Práce je rozdělena do sedmi hlavních kapitol, které se týkají samotné sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, dále pak etické souvislosti se zaměřením na etická dilemata a teoretické možnosti podpory při práci s etickými dilematy. Stěžejní částí celé práce je kapitola o vnímání a práci s etickými dilematy pohledem sociálních pracovníků OSPOD na úřadu obce s rozšířenou působností. Výstupem mé diplomové práce je reflexe vybraných etických dilemat, a to jak z pohledu teorie, tak i z pohledu praxe. Tato reflexe je uvedena v diskusi a v závěru diplomové práce.

The diploma thesis is called "Ethical context of the performance of child protection departments at the municipal authorities with extended powers". The aim of the thesis is to describe ethical dilemmas arising out of direct social work with minors and their families and contribute with an empirical qualitative research. The thesis is divided into seven main chapters, discussing child protection itself as well as ethical dilemmas and theoretical possibilities of support in working with ethical dilemmas. The main part of the thesis is a chapter on the perception and work with ethical dilemmas from the perspective of child protection social workers at the municipalities with extended powers. The outcome of the thesis is a reflection of selected ethical dilemmas from the perspective of both theory and practice. This reflection is discussed in the conclusion.
