Léčba bolesti se zaměřením na výdej a užití silných opioidních analgetik v Masarykově onkologickém ústavu v Brně

Abstract

Obsahem této práce je zhodnocení léčby bolesti se zaměřením na výdej a užití silných opioidních analgetik v Masarykově onkologickém ústavu v Brně. Teoretická část je věnována problematice léčby bolesti. Bolest zásadním způsobem ovlivňuje kvalitu života nemocných, a proto je nezbytně nutné bolesti věnovat náležitou pozornost a účinně ji tišit. V teoretické části je uvedena definice bolesti, anatomické a fyziologické podklady bolesti, typy bolesti, aspekty diagnostiky a hodnocení bolesti a epidemiologie bolesti. Největší část literární rešerše je zacílena na vlastní léčbu bolesti - zejména na farmakoterapii, zmíněny jsou ale i další možnosti ovlivnění bolesti jako jsou analgetická radioterapie, invazivní postupy, aplikace radioizotopů či psychoterapie. Bolest je jevem, který má svou somatickou, psychologickou i sociální složku, a proto je léčba bolesti multidisciplinární úkol, který vyžaduje komplexní řešení. Léčba bolesti musí být vždy individuálně přizpůsobena jednotlivému nemocnému. Cílem léčby bolesti je nejen zmírnění či odstranění bolesti, ale především zvýšení kvality života pacienta a jeho návrat do plnohodnotného života. Treatment of pain with a view to usage of potent opioid analgetics in Masaryk memorial cancer institute in Brno. The content of this work is evaluation of treatment of pain with a view to usage of potent opioid analgetics in Masaryk memorial cancer institute in Brno. Theoretical section is devoted to treatment of pain. Pain influences the quality of life in a fundamental way and that is why we necessarily must pay attention to pain and we must efficiently calm pain. In the theoretical section there are mentioned definition of pain, anatomical and physiological aspects of pain, aspects of diagnostics and evaluation of pain and epidemiology of pain. The literature search is mostly aimed to treatment of pain - especially to pharmacotherapy, but also other possibilities of interference of pain are mentioned - for example analgetic radiotherapy, invasive procedures, aplication of radioisotopes or psychotherapy. Pain is phenomenon, which has its somatic, psychologic and social component and therefore treatment of pain is multidisciplinary mission, which requires complex solution. Treatment of pain has to be always suited to individual patient.
