Pastorační péče jako týmový úkol

Abstract

The aim of this work is to map the basic approaches to pastoral care from the point of view of pastoral care itself, as well as from the perspective of the originality of pastoral workers. It provides a particular probe into pastoral care as such in terms of its motivations and causes, which differ in why and from whom impulse to pastoral service originated. It provides an overview of pastoral care in terms of its timeliness and goals. Each pastoral care is different from it causes, and this has the effect on its methods, course, and goals. The work deals with the usual content of pastoral work and how it differs with regard to the personality of the pastoral worker. It deals with the question of whether pastoral care is to be carried out by the appointed professionals, or whether pastoral care is a matter of wider relations within the church.

Cílem této práce je zmapovat základní přístupy k pastoraci z hlediska pastorace samotné i z hlediska originality pastoračních pracovníků. Poskytuje určitou sondu do pastorace jako takové z hlediska jejích motivací a příčin, které se liší tím, proč a od koho impuls k pastorační službě vzešel. Přináší přehled pastorace z hlediska její časovosti a cílů s ohledem na to, že každá pastorace se liší právě tím, proč vzniká, a to má v důsledku vliv na její metody, průběh a cíle. Práce se zabývá i obvyklou náplní samotné pastorace a tím, jak se liší s ohledem na osobnost pastoračního pracovníka. Zabývá se otázkou, zda mají pastoraci konat pouze k tomu určení profesionálové, nebo zda je pastorace věcí širších vztahů v rámci církve.
