Registrace sester - historie, současnost

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá registrací sester dle Zákona č. 96/2004 Sb. a kreditním ohodnocením celoživotního vzdělávání. Cílem práce je popsat legislativní změny, porovnat podmínky registrace sester v ČR a v zahraničí. Problematika registrace a kreditního systému je v současné době stále aktuálním tématem, protože tříleté období platnosti zákona odhalilo první nedostatky v jednotlivých právních normách a jsou připravovány novelizace. Výzkumná část kvantitativním způsobem hodnotí mínění a zkušenosti všeobecných sester se zavedeným systém registrace. Klade si za cíl porovnat názory sester k dané problematice a potvrdit nebo vyvrátit hypotézy stanovené na začátku výtkumu. Získané údaje mohou být využity při úpravě legislativních norem nebo se stát podkladem pro další výzkumné šetření.

The focus of this thesis was nurses' registration by the act no. 96/2004 and lifelong learning credit system. The main objectives of the work were to describe the legislative changes and to compare the conditions of nurses' registration in the Czech Republic and abroad. The necessity to amend certain articles of the above mentioned law, which has now been in force for three years, implies the utmost importance of this topic. The research part of the project quantitatively evaluates nurses' opinion about and experience with the established registration system. The aim of the study has been to test established hypotheses by comparing different opinions on the subject. The data may serve as groundwork to future research projects and can be used to support the need to amend the legislatures in question.
