Pády klientů v sociálních službách

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na změny ve stáří a problematiku pádů. Výzkumná část srovnává úroveň znalostí sester u lůžka a managementu v ústavech sociální péče v oblasti vnějších a vnitřních faktorů a preventivních opatření. Dále je sledována evidence pádů, jejich počet a zranění, ke kterým při pádu dochází. Nejdůležitějšími výstupy je zjištění nedostatečných znalostí v zařízeních se zpracovaným standardem o pádu, a to ve všech výše jmenovaných oblastech. Po vyhodnocení výsledků byla navržena opatření, která by měla vést ke zlepšení této problematiky.

The diploma work is focused on the changes in the old age and the problems of falls. The research compares standards of the knowledge of outside and internal factors, the preventative measures against the population falls, the nurses at the sickbed and the management in social services institutions. Below there is the monitoring of falls evidence, number of falls and injuries that go with falls. The most important findings are the weak knowledge in institutions that have got worked "the fall standards" for all above-mentioned spheres. After data evaluation there were suggested precautions for improvement in these problems.
