Práce se zabývá strukturou, organizačním členěním odborů, popisem činností odborných sekcí a základních organizací a spoluprací s dalšími odborovými organizacemi a popisem související legislativy. Práce také zkoumá informovanost nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků o základních organizacích a jejich činnosti ve zdravotnickém zařízení, v němž jsou zaměstnáni. | cs_CZ |
| dc.description.abstract | The goal of the submitted thesis is to analyze the formation and the evolution of the labor union "Profesní a odborová unie zdravotnických pracovníků Čech, Moravy a Slezska", which associates medical auxiliary staff in Czech Republic in the historical context of the unions development. The thesis describes the structure, organization, activities of expert sections and basic departments and cooperation with other unions. It analyze unions related law acts. The thesis also investigates the level of the knowledgeableness of medical workers about activities and purpose of the basic trade union department in the hospital they are working. | en_US |
