Zátěž zdravotních sester na jednotkách intenzivní péče

Abstract

Diplomová práce je věnována problematice zátěže sester na jednotkách intenzivní péče. Práce porovnává stresové faktory u sester pracujících na jednotkách intenzivní péče se stejnými stresovými faktory u sester pracujících na standardních odděleních. Tato práce si kladla za úkol porovnat dotazníkovou metodou alespoň některé stresové faktory dnešní doby, dotýkajících se obou zmiňovaných skupin a vzájemně je mezi sebou porovnat. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. Teoretická část pojednává o stresu, syndromu vyhoření a dotýká se specifik intenzivní medicíny. Ve výzkumné části práce jsou porovnávány a vyhodnocovány stresory působící na zdravotní sestry s obou zmiňovaných skupin.

The dissertation analyses working burden of nurses in intensive care units. It compares the impact of stressful factors on nurses in intensive care and standard units. My dissertation tried to take part in answering this question. I have used questionnaire to both nurses in intensive and standart units in order to elucidate which factors are really stressful in their job. The dissertation is divided into theoretical and experimanetal parts. Stress, burn-out syndrome and specificity of intensive medicine are discussed in theoretical part of dissertation. In experimental part, the presence of stressful factors found by questionnaire in both groups of nurses are compared and analysed.
