Vztah lékaře a sestry

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je teoreticko-empirická a je zaměřena na charakteristiku vztahu lékaře a sestry a na zjištění postojů lékařů k sestrám. V teoretické části je definováno postavení a funkce člověka ve skupině z pohledu sociologie. Je zde také věnována pozornost sociálním podmínkám práce a problematice sociálního styku mezi lidmi. Dále je zde charakterizována profese sestry a lékaře a to i z historického pohledu. Největší důraz v teoretické části je kladen na popis vztahu lékaře a sestry. Charakterizovala jsem zde vzájemný vztah sestry a lékaře, dále možné interakce mezi nimi a to i z pohledu genderového přístupu. Jsou zde také popsány možné důvody konfliktů mezi sestrami a lékaři a způsoby, jak jim zamezit. Nezbytnou součástí teoretické části je popis a možnosti správné komunikace mezi zdravotníky a strategie zlepšení vztahů mezi nimi. Výzkumná část této diplomové práce je zaměřena na zjištění postojů lékařů k sestrám. Zajímalo mě, jaká je současná úroveň vztahů mezi sestrami a lékaři, zda je sestra pro lékaře rovnocenným partnerem a zda ji považuje za odborníka v oboru ošetřovatelství. Chtěla jsem také zjistit, jaké jsou příčiny případných konfliktů mezi lékaři a sestrami a zajímal mě způsob jejich řešení. V této práci jsem se také věnovala problematice vzdělávání sester. This dissertation is meant to be both theoretical and empirical, focused on characterization of a relation between a doctor and a nurse, and on an ascertainment of doctors' attitude towards nurses. A man's position and functioning inside a group is defined in the theoretical part from a sociology point of view. A special attention is paid to social conditions of work as well as problems of social contacts among people. A doctor's and nurse's occupation is assessed here from a historical point of view as well. The main emphasis is laid upon describing a relation between a doctor and a nurse. I described here a mutual relation between the two groups including possible interactions between them from a gender point of view. Reasons of possible conflicts between doctors and nurses are given here. A description and a possibility of a due communication among medical staff and a strategy of an improvement of their mutual relation is another necessary part. A research part of the dissertation is focused on an ascertainment of doctors' attitude towards nurses. I wondered what the current standard of a relation between doctors and nurses was, whether a nurse was an equivalent partner for a doctor and whether he considered her to be a real specialist in sector of nursing.
