Cilem diplomove price je zjistit stresogenni faktory a v9skyt stresu na kardiochirurgick9ch oddelenich a zhodnotit, jak se jednotliva ekonomicka oddeleni nemocnic podili na minimalizaci stresogennich vlivü pfisobicich na zdravotni sestry. Outcome analyse define positive correlation between grade of stressful states and over-time hours and also different influence of spell type to grade of stressful state. There was defined the most intensive stress factors in nurses work and methods used by nurses to elimination stressful states.
