Standard kvality č. 2, práva uživatelů sociálních služeb

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the quality standard no. 2, which is part of other quality standards applied in social services. The aim of this work is to describe in particular standard no. 2, which regulates the rights of users in social services and to present differently percieved practical experience with the introduction of standards in practice in residential services. Various investigations, research, and methodologies that describe the most common problems associated withnon- compliance with standard no. 2, which I will point out in this work, contributed to these experiences. An inspection which performs an output chceck of its proper implementation in normal operation, has sometimes another view of the aplication of standard no.2. The aim of this thesis is to define the standard no.2, to describe its importance in social work and point out the possibilities of violations, practice, especially in residential services.In last part of the thesis Idedicate attention to the inspection of social services. Finally will be provided a summary of the experts who described the inspection work of the social services.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá standardem kvality č.2., který je součástí dalších standardů kvality aplikovaných v sociálních službách. Cílem této práce bude popsat zejména standard č. 2, který upravuje práva uživatelů v sociálních službách a předložit různě vnímané praktické zkušenosti se zaváděním standardů do praxe v pobytových službách. K těmto zkušenostem přispěli různá šetření, výzkum i metodiky, které popisují nejčastější problémy spojené s nedodržováním standardu č. 2., na které v práci poukáži. Často jiný pohled na aplikaci standardu č.2 do praxe má inspekce, která provádí výstupní kontrolu jeho správného zavádění v běžném provozu. Cílem práce je standard č.2 vymezit, popsat jeho význam v sociální práci a poukázat na možnosti porušování v praxi, zejména v pobytových službách. V poslední části práci věnuji pozornost inspekci v sociálních službách. Na závěr bude poskytnuto shrnutí odborníků, který popsali činnost kontroly inspekce v sociálních službách.
