Mytologie indiánského kmene Winnebago. "Wakdjunkaga" - šibal a jeho šibalství

Abstract

Diplomovou práci na toto téma jsem psala z vnitřního přesvědčení. Domnívám se totiž, že pouť životem se někdy múže velmi blízce podobat symbolice osudú Šibala tak, jak je líčena indiánským kmenem Winnebago. Proto jsem také tuto práci psala srdcem antropologa a kulturologa. Náš život často vede snaha nalézt smysl a význam, který nám mnohdy uniká. Někdy jde o hledání ikon, s nimiž se toužíme ztotožnit, jindy o snění a překonání překážek, ačkoliv často jsme sami jejich staviteli. Absurdita lidského života ovšem není pouze něčím, co přišlo až s nástupem moderní a postmoderní doby. Právě mýty o Šibalovi nám ukazují, jak dávná a starobylá je absurdita lidského bytí. Když jsem četla mýtus o Šibalovi poprvé, intenzivně jsem vnímala jeho příběhy, prostoupené komičností, tragičnem a absurditou, jako nadčasové. Začala jsem se tedy o tuto mýtickou postavu zajímat více a objevila jsem, jak bohatě je tato bytost zastoupena ve vědeckých studiích mnoha významných vědcú i literátú. Stejně tak i nositel a vypravěč mýtu, kmen Winnebago, skýtá ojedinělost a svéráznost ve své kultuře. V první části práce jsem ukázala, jak se postava Šibala stala objektem výzkumú v antropologických a religionistických vědeckých studiích. I wrote this graduation thesis on this theme from my own interna! conviction. I suppose that the journcy oť liťe is sometimes very similar to the symbology of the Trickster' s destiny as depicted by the indian of the Winnebago tribe. That is the reasonl wrote this thesi s by hcart oť the anthropologist. The life is leasing by the effort to find the sense oť liťe that oťten runs away. When I was reading the myth of Trickster for the first time, I intensively perceived the Trickster' s stories pervaded mutually by the comicality, tragicality and absurdity as timeless. I started be more interested in this mythical figure and I explored how richly is this figure represented in the anthropological studies, as well as the bearer and narrator of this myth, the Winnebago tribe, offers the originality and peculiarity in its culturc.
