Kineziofóbie u dialyzovaných pacientů - dotazníkové šetření

Abstract

Název práce: Kineziofobie u dialyzovaných pacientů - dotazníkové šetření. Cíle práce: Charakterizovat pojem kineziofobie a pomocí dotazníku Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia - TSK-CZ - vyhodnotit závislost míry strachu z pohybu na sociodemografických a klinických proměnných u skupin dialyzovaných a zdravých respondentů. Metody: Pro zjištění míry kineziofobie na vybraných proměnných jsme použili dotazník TSK-CZ v dialyzačních střediscích Fresenius Medical Care napříč městy České republiky. Kontrolní skupina jedinců bez ledvinného onemocnění - zdraví respondenti - byla oslovena prostřednictvím webu Survio.cz. Do výzkumu byl zařazen soubor dialyzovaných respondentů (n = 135) a zdravých respondentů (n = 135). Data byla zpracována s použitím statistických metod - popisné statistiky a analýzy dat (t-test, chí- kvadrát test, ANOVA, Spearmanův korelační koeficient). Poté byla data zanesená do tabulek a grafů a následně vyhodnocena. Výsledky: Na základě dotazníku TSK-CZ byl zjištěn signifikantní rozdíl v průměrné míře strachu z pohybu mezi dialyzovanými a zdravými respondenty (p˂0,0001), kdy dialyzovaní pacienti (44,24±9,07) vykazovali větší strach z pohybu než zdraví (34,43±6,65). Thesis title: Kinesiophobia in patients on renal dialysis therapy - questionnaire study. The aims of the thesis: To characterise the term kinesiophobia and to evaluate the dependence of the measure of fear of movement on sociodemographic and clinical variables with the use of the Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia questionnaire (TSK-CZ) in a group of respondents on renal dialysis therapy and a group of healthy respondents. Methods: To determine the dependence of the measure of kinesiophobia on selected variables, the TSK-CZ questionnaire was used in Fresenius Medical Care dialysis centres across towns in the Czech Republic. The reference group of individuals with no renal disease - healthy respondents - was addressed by means of the Survio.cz website. The research comprised a group of respondents on renal dialysis therapy (n = 135) and a group of healthy respondents (n = 135). The collected data was processed using statistical methods - descriptive statistics and data analysis (t-test, Chi-squared test, ANOVA, Spearman's correlation coefficient). After that, the data was transferred to tables and charts and was evaluated.
