Komunikace s pacientem v resuscitační péči

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis focuses on communication with a patient in the resuscitation department to determine whether the caring nurse and other medical staff (doctor, paramedic, etc.) communicate with the unconscious patient and identify the situations in which communication occurs most often. The theoretical part is divided into 3 chapters, the individual chapters explain what communication is, what are its functions, individual components, and forms. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes communication in nursing care and intensive care, their specifics, and other options. The practical research part was performed as a probe using an ethnographic approach. As part of that, with the help of participatory observation, I monitored communication between members of the medical team and the unconscious patient. At the same time, I detected whether there is also communication between the nurse and individual members of the medical team who come into contact with the unconscious patient. I conducted the research in a three- member team for five consecutive days. SOUHRN Bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikací s pacientem na resuscitačním oddělení s cílem zjistit, zda ošetřující sestra a další zdravotnický personál (lékař, sanitář apod.) komunikují s pacientem v bezvědomí a identifikovat situace, při kterých ke komunikaci nejčastěji dochází. Teoretická část je rozdělena do 3 kapitol, v jednotlivých kapitolách je vysvětleno, co je to komunikace, jaké jsou její funkce, jednotlivé složky a formy. Dále je v teoretické části popsána komunikace v ošetřovatelské péči a intenzivní péči, jejich specifika a další možnosti. Praktická výzkumná část byla provedena jako sonda s použitím etnografického přístupu, kde jsem za pomoci zúčastněného pozorování sledovala komunikaci mezi členy zdravotnického týmu a pacientem v bezvědomí, současně jsem detekovala, zda probíhá i komunikace mezi ošetřující sestrou a jednotlivými členy zdravotnického týmu, kteří přijdou do styku s bezvědomým pacientem. Výzkum jsem prováděla v tříčlenném týmu v pěti po sobě jdoucích dnech. Dny byly rozděleny do třech úseků - ranní úsek 7:00 - 12.00, odpolední úsek 12:00 - 17:00, večerní úsek 17:00 - 21:00. Moje časové intervaly, při kterém jsem prováděla sondu, výzkum - pondělí 12:00 - 17:00, úterý 7:00 - 12:00, středa 17:00 - 21:00, čtvrtek 12:00 - 17:00, pátek 7:00 - 12:00.
