Sociální klima třídy

Abstract

V teoretické části diplomové práce jsem se zaměřil na problematiku sociálního klimatu školní třídy, na sociální pozice žáka ve třídě a interakce mezi jedincem a skupinou. Výzkumná část je opřena o zjištění, jak žáci konkrétní 5.třídy ZŠ vnímají aktuální klima své třídy a jaká je struktura vzájemných vztahů mezi žáky. Dále pak o postavení konkrétního jedince ve třídě, jeho kasuistiku a aktivity zaměřené na posilování pozitivních tendencí ve vzájemných vztazích.

The theoretical part of my thesis focuses on the issue of social climate of a school class, on social position of the pupil within the class as well as on the interaction between the individual and the group. The research is based on the findings concerning pupils of a particular 5th grade of the elementary school and their perception of the current climate of their class and the structure of mutual relationships between the pupils. Moreover it is based on the position status of a particular individual in the class, his case study and activities aimed at reinforcement of positive tendencies in mutual relationships.
