Abstract

Martina Havlová Název bakalářské práce: Fyzioterapeutické možnosti v ovlivnění mechaniky dýchání u pacientů s chronickou obstrukční plicní nemocí Abstrakt: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou chronické obstrukční plicní nemoci a fyzioterapeutickými možnostmi ovlivnění mechaniky dýchání u pacientů s touto diagnózou. Chronická obstrukční plicní nemoc je pomalu progredující onemocnění dýchacích cest, a právě fyzioterapie může hrát důležitou roli ve zpomalení progrese a zlepšení kvality života u lidí potýkajících se s touto diagnózou. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce je popsána chronická obstrukční plicní nemoc a prvky plicní rehabilitace, pozornost je zaměřena především na postupy respirační fyzioterapie. Praktická část je věnována práci s pacientkou hospitalizovanou na I. klinice tuberkulózy a respiračních onemocnění, která byla přijata po protrahovaných exacerbacích s cílem zlepšení stavu pro možnost provedení bronchoskopické volumredukce. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo sestavit vhodnou kombinaci fyzioterapeutických technik při léčbě pacientů s CHOPN. Použitá kombinace technik se ukázala být efektivní. Martina Havlová Title: Physiotherapeutic possibilities of alteration of respiratory mechanism of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and physiotherapeutic possibilities of influencing the mechanics of respiration in patients with this diagnosis. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a progressive disease of the airways, and physiotherapy may play an important role in slowing the progression and improving the quality of life in people with this diagnosis. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis describes chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and elements of pulmonary rehabilitation, the attention is focused mainly on the procedures of respiratory physiotherapy. The practical part is devoted to the work with a patient hospitalized at the 1st Department of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases, who was admitted after prolonged exacerbations in order to improve the condition for the possibility of performing bronchoscopic volume reduction.
