Abstract

BUKÁLNÍ TABLETY Jan Horáček SOUHRN Práce podává souhrnnou informaci o fenoménu bioadheze v souvislosti s podáváním léčiv. Je zde popsána anatomie a fyziologie ústní sliznice a rozdíly v jednotlivých partiích ústní dutiny. Práce dále uvádí důvody a výhody pro podání léčiv přes ústní sliznice, stejně tak jako omezení. V rámci části o bioadhezi a mukoadhezi je zahrnuta definice, teorie, ovlivňující faktory a popis používaných metod k měření a hodnocení tohoto jevu. Dále jsou klasifikovány používané bioadhezivní polymery, ale i novější generace polymerů, jejichž potenciální přednosti jsou blížeji popsány. Poslední část práce se zabývá charakteristikou bukálních mukoadhezivních lékových forem obecně, jejich popisem, srovnáním a uvádí příklady přípravků již používaných v praxi. Je prioritně zaměřena na bukální tablety.

BUCCAL TABLETS Jan Horáček ABSTRACT My diploma thesis was aimed at summarising information about phenomena of bioadhesion in connection with administration of drugs. The work describes anatomy and physiology of oral mucosa and differencies in various parts of oral cavity. It refers about advantages and limits of administrating drugs through the oral mucosa. The part called Bioadhesion / mucoadhesion includes definition, theories, influencing factors and description of methods to determinate bioadhesion. Further, it describes and classifies bioadhesive polymers used in technology and also the new generation of polymers which are investigated yet. The last part of work deals with characteristic of buccal mucoadhesive forms in general, describes and compares various buccal dosage forms and shows some examples used in practice, firstly focused on buccal tablets.
