Břišní tanec jako multikulturní fenomén

Abstract

Tato práce pojednává fenoménu břišního tance jako o multikulturním jevu. Autorka si vybrala toto téma z několika důvodů. Prvním byla jeho podstata, která vybízí k interdisciplinárnímu pojetí, což je rys ryze kulturologický. Druhým důvodem byl fakt, že se autorka zabývá břišním tancem prakticky a díky tomu dokáže tento fenomén lépe reflektovat v teoretické rovině. Její teoretická i praktická znalost břišního tance jí umožnila navštěvovat jednotlivé kurzy a tak lépe proniknout do nově vzniklé subkultury břišních tanečnic v Čechách. Posledním důvodem, který ovlivnil autorčin zájem o tento fenomén, je její středoškolské studium na umělecké škole. Autorka proto ve své práci klade důraz nejen na humanitní vědy studované na FFUK, ale snaží se též uplatnit pohled výtvarný. Přistupuje k tanci jako ke specifickému způsobu lidské kreativity. Tanec sám o sobě tak pojímá nejen jako umělecké dílo, ale i jako silný inspirační zdroj pro umělce.

This thesis deals with belly dancing as a multicultural phenomenon. The autor chose this subject for different reasons. Firstly, the very nature of belly dancing asks for which falos for multidisciplinarity, which is the main idea of cultural antropology. Secondly, she practices belly dancing herself. This fact helps her understand belly dancing more properly even on the theoretical level. Moreover, the author could study this phenomenon because she attends courses and has become a part of the newly emerged Czech belly dancing subculture. The third and last reason why she picks up this phenomenon was a fact that she had studied at an artistic secondary school. Thats why she does not only study the subject from the perspective of humanities (studied at FFUK) but she also tries to apply the artistic point of view. Thus the dance is not viwed only as an artwork, but strong inspiration for artists as well.
