Litoměřicko - zahrada Čech: krajem Dolního Poohří

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá stavem krajiny Litoměřicka se zaměřením na kulturní a přírodní památky Dolního Poohří. První část je věnována stručnému popisu historického vývoje a stavu kulturní krajiny Litoměřicka s důrazem na urbanizaci i významná místa, která tento proces formovala, spolu s pokusem o nástin důvodů jejich výběru v dobách minulých. Jelikož jde o poměrně rozlehlý, mimořádně členitý a velmi různorodý region, v druhé části se podrobněji zaměřuji na oblast Dolního Poohří, a z této oblasti především na areál významné kulturní památky Doksany. Cílem této teoretické práce je nejen konstatování současného stavu krajiny, ale také nástin možností náprav, které ze zjištěných závěrů vyplývají, s doporučeními ve vztahu k územnímu plánování regionu. S využitím dostupné literatury a dalších podkladů, ale také procházením a pohybováním se krajinou na kole, se zamýšlím nad možnostmi, jak překlenout neblahé dědictví druhé poloviny dvacátého století, které kroky neodkládat, ale naopak akcelerovat a přispět tak k hlubší revitalizaci této části Litoměřicka.

The thesis deals with the state of the landscape of the Litoměřice region focusing on cultural and natural monuments of the Lower Ohře river area. The first part of the thesis is devoted to a brief description of the historical development and the present state of the culturallandscape of the Litoměřice region with a special emphasis on urbanization and the important places which have shaped this process, and an attempt at outlining the reasons of their being selected in the past. As the region in question is relatively large and very diverse, the second part of the thesis focuses in greater detail on the Lower Ohře river area and especially the premises of a remarkable cultural monument - the Doksany convent. The purpose of the thesis is not only to describe the present state of the landscape, but also to outline the possibilities of rehabilitation resulting from the conclusions reached, and also recommendations in relation to structure planning of the region. Using the available literature and other material, but also walking and cycling around the region, the author contemplates the possibilities of negotiating the unfortunate heritage of the second half of the 20th century and suggests measures that should - instead of being postponed - be accelerated in order to contribute to deeper revitalization of...
