Obsahové látky Helianthus annuus L.

Abstract

Má rigorózní práce se týkala zpracování butanolových frakcí listů taxonu Helianthus annuus L. za doprovodu biologických testů - jednalo se o testy na antioxidační aktivitu (DPPH test) a test na fototoxickou aktivitu. Frakce V 8-10 a V 15-17 jsou fototoxické i toxické pro jedince Tubifex tubifex a dá se předpokládat, že může obsahovat seskviterpenické laktony a být fototoxické i toxické i pro další druhy organismů. Antioxidační aktivita nebyla u žádné z frakcí potvrzena.

My rigorous thesis was intend on elaboration of butanol fractions of Helianthus annuus L. leaves and simultaneously biological tests were done - antioxidant activity (DPPH test) and fototoxic activity. The Fractions V 8-10 a V 15-17 are fototoxic and they are toxic for Tubifex tubifex organism too. We suppose the presence of seskviterpenoid lactones and therefore it can be fotoxic and toxic for next species of organisms. Antioxidant activity wasn't proved.
