Bazální stimulace u pacienta na JIP

Abstract

Ke zpracování mé bakalárské práce jsem si vybrala téma Bazální stimulace u pacienta na Jednotce intenzivní péce. Bazální stimulace je koncept, který se zameruje na klienta, jeho základní potreby a smyslové vnímání. Práci jsem rozdelila na cást klinickou, ve které lze najít neco málo o historii konceptu a významných osobnostech, které se konceptem Bazální stimulace zabývaly, další kapitola pojednává o konceptu jako takovém, o lidském vnímání, o jednotlivých metodikách, které jsou cleneny na základní a nástavbové prvky, z nichž je vetšina metod doprovázena obrázky a fotografiemi. Druhá cást mé práce je zamerena na ošetrovatelskou problematiku. Zde jsou také popsány tři kasuistiky klientu se zcela odlišným zdravotním stavem. Jde o klienta s Coma vigille, o klienta se syndromem Guillan-Barré a agresivního klienta. U každého z techto pacientu se venuji vlastní kasuistice, popisu jednotlivých metod, které jsem za urcité casové období aplikovala a záveru, kde hodnotím úcinky Bazální stimulace na konkrétního klienta. Nemalou pozornost jsem venovala i prílohové cásti obsahující doplnující informace, na které odkazuji v textu. As a theme of my bachelor's work, I chose "Basal stimulation" applied on a patient on unit of intensive care. It's a concept targeteda client's basic needs and his sensual perception. Whole text is divided on several parts. Clinical part, which says something about history, concept, and important characters of basal stimulation, and the concept itself, about human's perception. Further more, it says something about different methods, which are separated on basic and advanced elements. Most of them are accompanied with pictures and photos. Second part of my work is about caretaking problems. It also describes three types of clients with completely different health status. These are clients with Coma Vigille, unstable clients with Guillan-Barré, and an aggressive client. I pay attention to describe casuistry of each of these klient groups, describing several methods which I applied during a certain portion of time. In the end, I summarize the effects of Basal stimulation on a specific client. I paid a special attention to a third part, which contains an additional information. It contains basics of communication with blind, demented, or deaf clients, photos of "unit of intensive care", from a point of view of a client who is permanently laid up to the acute care bed, or a biographic answer sheet, which I...
