Ošetřovatelský proces u nemocného s mentální anorexií

Abstract

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je seznámit laickou i odbornou veřejnost s problematikou mentální anorexie. Práce je členěna na část teoretickou a praktickou. Část teoretická obsahuje rozdělení poruch příjmu potravy, historii, příčiny a příznaky onemocnění, dále terapii a neméně důležitou prevenci onemocnění mentální anorexie. V úvodu praktické části jsem se zabývala teorií oboru ošetřovatelství a ošetřovatelského procesu. Dále je vypracována ošetřovatelská anamnéza a hodnocení pacientky podle modelu M. Gordonové, dle kterého jsou vyhledány a stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy. V závěru praktické části je stručně vypracován průběh hospitalizace pacientky. V přílohách můžete nalézt například tabulku váhových přírůstků a úbytků hmotnosti pacientky za dobu její hospitalizace, edukaci pro rodiče a další. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

The aim of my bachelor essay is to introduce lay readers as well as specialists acquainted with anorexia nervosa problems. The essay is divided into two parts - theoretical one and practical one. The theoretical part contains the division of food intake disorders, history, causations and symptoms of the ailment, therapy and no less important part about prevention of anorexia nervosa disease. In the introduction of the practical part I considered with thetheory of treatment and nurse process. The anamnesis and patient's classification is elaborated by M. Gordon according to it the nursing diagnosis are sought and defined. There is brief elaboration of patient's hospitalization in the conclusion.
