Ošetřovatelský proces u nemocného s komplikacemi po transplantaci plic

Abstract

Dostala se Vám do ruky bakalářská práce, která patří k závěru mého studia na 2.lékařské fakultě Univerzity Karlovy. Je určena pro veřejnost znalou zdravotnické vědy a přibližuje konkrétní téma v oblasti intenzivní péče. Pro zpracování jsem si vybrala ošetřovatelskou kasuistiku s tématem Ošetřovatelský proces u nemocného s komplikacemi po transplantaci plic. Cílem této práce je přiblížit čtenáři problematiku transplantací, poukázat na náročnost operace i péče o nemocného a na svízelné situace, se kterými se zdravotní sestra může ve své praxi setkat. Práce je členěna na dvě základní části. První částí je část teoretická, zabývající se anatomií dýchacího ústrojí a plicní transplantací. Zaměřila jsem se zde hlavně na popis péče o pacienty po transplantaci a na to, jaké komplikace se v souvislosti s transplantací plic vyskytují. V praktické části je rozebírán konkrétní případ pacienta s komplikacemi po transplantaci plic. Základní anamnéza byla sepsána první den mé péče o nemocného a za ní následuje popis léčby, průběh hospitalizace a plán ošetřovatelské péče stanovený taktéž v prvních dnech, kdy jsem tohoto pacienta začala ošetřovat. This thesis is meant for the public arena for those with some knowledge regarding medicine. For the topic of my thesis I have chosen the medical care process for a patient with complications after a lung transplant. The objective of this project is to present to the reader questions and answers regarding lung transplants, with emphasis on the seriousness of such an operation giving detail to some of the problems which may arise and the care required. These are issues which a nurse may, and most likely will, be faced with in her profession. The thesis is structured into two basic parts. The first, the theoretical section, is about the anatomy of the respiratory system and lung transplants. With the main detail describing the care required after a transplant and frequently experienced complications. In the second, practical section, the actual case of a patient with complications after a lung transplant is discussed in detail. The basic personal history was written up on the first day of care, this is followed by a description of treatment throughout the course of hospitalization and the planned nursing care.
