Role státu pohledem morální teologie

Abstract

Otázka úlohy státu je řešena z pohledu teologického, nikoli politologického, historického či sociologického. Teologický pohled je postaven na biblickém základu, na který navazuje rozbor dalších církevních textů. Základními podklady jsou dokumenty Mezinárodní teologické komise a práce profesora C. V. Pospíšila. Cílem práce není vytváření kazuistik a řešení konkrétních situací, ale hledání principů a pravidel morálně teologického pohledu na úlohu státu. Východisko je, že stát nemůže být přímým předmětem zkoumání teologie, neboť tím může být pouze osoba, jednotlivec. Hlavním pravidlem hledání je skutečnost, že stát je jedním z nástrojů nastolování společenského blaha, které nemůže být vnímáno jako cíl, ale jako souhrn podmínek, kterým jednotlivci mohou dosáhnout své plnosti a dokonalosti. Závěry z analýzy jsou testovány na textu papeže Františka Radost Evangelia, kde je nalezeno mnoho společného s právě překládaným textem.

The role of state is questioned using the theological point of view. Therefore this is not work of sociology, political or historical science. The theological thinking is based on the words of the Bible that is followed by other church documents. Basic sources for this work are documents of International theological commission and texts of professor C.V. Pospíšil. The aim of this work is not pointing on specific cases but looking for moral theology principles and rules. The starting point is that state can never a be direct object of theological studies because that can only be an individual person. The main rule for searching the answers is the fact, that state should only be one of tools for delivering the common good. Also the common good should never be considered the target itself, because the common good only embraces the sum of conditions whereby man can attain its perfection. The results of analyses made are tested against Pope Francis' text Evangelii Gaudium, founding many similarities.
