| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce shrnuje nejdůležitější aspekty léčby migrény. Prvním krokem by měla být snaha poznat a ovlivnit spouštěcí faktory migrenózních bolestí hlavy. Úspěšná léčba by měla být komplexní, kombinovat nemedikamentózní a medikamentózní postupy, změnu životního stylu a stravování. Hlavním předpokladem úspěchu je dobrá spolupráce mezi lékařem a pacientem. Významný pokrok způsobilo objevení nového typu léků nazývaných triptany. Ty dnes představují nejúčinnější skupinu léků a tvoří základ léčby migrény. | cs_CZ |
| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis there are summarized the most important aspects of treatment of migraine. The initial step in treatment of migraine should be proper diagnosis of migraine headaches and triggering factors. Successful disease management is complex, must combine pharmacologic and non- pharmacologic approach, change of lifestyle and nutrition. Good cooperation between the doctor and the patient should be considered under the treatment success. Development of a new type of pharmaceuticals called "triptans" caused the substantial progress. It presents the most effective class of pharmaceuticals and the principal part of management of migraine. | en_US |
