Historie a současnost profesních sesterských organizací u nás

Abstract

Diplomová práce podává ucelený přehled o vzniku a vývoji profesních sesterských organizací v naší zemi od historie po současnost. První kapitoly jsou věnované událostem, které bezprostředně souvisely se vznikem prvních spolků. Dále navazují kapitoly zabývající se činností a úsilím prvních spolků o povznesení stavu ošetřovatelského. Text popisuje činnost sester a spolků během válečných, poválečných let a činnost od komunistického puče do roku 1970. Dále navazují samostatné kapitoly, které podrobněji rozebírají strukturu, organizaci a činnost našich největších a nejvýznamnějších profesních organizací jakou byla Česká společnost sester a v současnosti je Česká asociace sester. Práce má historicko-popisný charakter a klade si za cíl zmapovat organizační činnost sester v kontextu s danou dobou a s vytyčením významných událostí týkajících se sester a jejich profese. Pro metodiku sběru dat a informací jsem použila studium literatury a informační technologie. Cenné informace mi poskytl rozhovor s pamětnicí České asociace sester.

This dissertation gives an overview of establishing the nurses' professional organizations and their development in the Czech Republic from the past to the present day. The first chapters are dedicated to the events that were closely connected to the formations of the first associations. The next chapters are dealing with the work and efforts of these associations to improve the standard of the nursing profession. The rest is describing the work of nurses and their associations during the war, after the war and during the communist era until 1970. The last chapters continue to describe in detail the structure, organization and work of our biggest and the most important professional organizations, as it was Česká společnost sester and nowadays Česká asociace sester. The aim of this project is to describe the organizational work of nurses in context with the given time period and pointing out the important events relating to nurses and their profession. I collected the data and information by using the information technologies and the literature available. I also received valuable information from talking to a former member of the Česká asociace sester.
