Spokojenost s ošetřovatelskou péčí u klientů s tělesným postižením

Abstract

Bakalárská práce se zabývá problematikou klientu s tělesným postižením a jejich spokojeností s ošetrovatelskou pécí behem hospitalizace. V úvodu teoretické cásti jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se ošetrovatelské péce. Dále jsou popsány základní typy postižení - vrozené a získané, doplněny nejčastějšími onemocněními. Následující kapitola je věnována posouzení stupne závislosti na druhé osobe a využívání služeb osobní asistence. V Ceské republice existuje mnoho organizovaných aktivit pro osoby s telesným postižením, proto práce obsahuje strucný prehled organizací pusobících na území Prahy. V závěru teoretické cásti jsou pripomenuta pravidla komunikace s osobami s pohybovým postižením. Práce byla zaměřena na získání údaju z pruzkumného šetrení, kterého se zúcastnila skupina 52 respondentu. Otázky dotazníku byly orientovány na míru spokojenosti klientu s tremi okruhy - s ošetrovatelskou péčí, s vybavením a príslušenstvím pokoje a s prístupem zdravotnického personálu ke klientum. Výsledky šetrení byly vyhodnoceny a zakresleny do grafu. Stanovené hypotézy jsou rozebírány v diskusi. Většina respondentu je spokojena s prístupem sester. V ošetrovatelské péči dotazovaní upozornují na odlišnosti mezi nemocnicemi a mezi typy oddělení. V záveru práce byly zdurazneny i návrhy na zlepšení ošetrovatelské péce....

This bachelor work addresses the issue of physically handicapped clients and their satisfaction with nursing care during hospitalisation. The introduction the theoretical part defines basic terms related to nursing care. Then there is a description of primary types of disablement - congenital and acquired, which is complemented by the most frequent illnesses. The next chapter is dedicated to an examination of the level of dependence upon other persons and the use of personal assistance services. There are many organised activities for physically handicapped persons in the Czech Republic which is why the paper includes a concise overview of organisations operating in Prague. The conclusion of the theoretical part mentions principles of communication with persons suffering from physical disabilities. The aim of the work was to gather data by means of a survey that queried a group of 52 respondents. The questionnaire's inquiries were focused on the clients' satisfaction with three areas - nursing care, equipment and accessories in a hospital room, and the medical staff's approach and attitude towards the clients.
