Abstract

Cochemská praxe v ČR Abstrakt V této diplomové práci se budeme zabývat cochemskou praxí a jejím užitím v České republice. Tato praxe je u nás stále ještě poměrně nová a v odborném prostředí nepříliš reflektovaná. Představíme tedy počátky jejího vzniku v Německu a zaměříme se na její převzetí českými soudy a institucemi, jejichž úlohu v rámci cochemské praxe rozebereme. Detailněji se poté zaměříme na činnost Okresního soudu v Novém Jičíně, který začal v České republice cochemskou praxi provozovat jako první. Rovněž provedeme srovnání i s jiným vybraným soudem v České republice a také podnikneme krátký exkurz do zahraničí. Klíčová slova: Dítě, cochemská praxe, rodiče

Cochem practice in the Czech Republic Abstract In this diploma thesis we will focus on the Cochem practice and its use in the Czech Republic. In our environment, this practice is still relatively new and also not very reflected in expert circles. We will present its beginnings and origins in Germany and focus on its takeover by Czech courts and institutions, whose roles in the Cochem practice we will analyse. We will further focus on the activities of the District Court in Nový Jičín in greater detail. This District Court as the first court in the Czech Republic started to apply the Cochem practice. We will also make a comparison with other selected courts in the Czech Republic, moreover we will take a brief excursion abroad. Key words: Child, Cochem practice, parents
