Klimatická změna v ČR a její vnímání z pohledu vybraných představitelů oblasti energetiky

Abstract

The present diploma thesis is focusing on understanding the opinions of the selected representatives within the energy sector, with regard to traditional energy on the issue of climate change, as well as on researching the possible change in their attitudes due to climate change, and on mapping accepted or intended measures related to climate change and energy. Traditional energy is already going through some significant transformation and the opinions of employees within this sector can contribute to a better understanding of the perception of climate change in relation to energy. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis approaches the issue of climate change in relation to energy, and also with regard to the situation in the Czech Republic or in the European Union. Furthermore, the issue of coal power plants and heating plants in the Czech Republic, as well as their role in climate change and energy, is also analysed. This part of the thesis deals more closely with the problem of climate change in the Czech Republic. Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na poznání názorů vybraných představitelů oblasti energetického sektoru se zřetelem na energetiku tradiční ohledně problematiky klimatické změny spolu se zkoumáním případné proměny jejich postojů v důsledku klimatické změny a mapováním přijatých nebo zamýšlených opatření spojených se změnou klimatu a energetikou. Tradiční energetika již prochází a dále bude procházet výraznou transformací a názory zaměstnanců tohoto sektoru mohou přispět k lepšímu pochopení vnímání problematiky klimatické změny ve vztahu k energetice z pohledu představitelů této podnikatelské sféry. V teoretické části práce je představena problematika klimatické změny ve vztahu k energetice se zřetelem na situaci v České republice, potažmo situaci v Evropské unii. Dále je také představena problematika uhelných elektráren a tepláren v České republice a jejich role v otázce změny klimatu a energetiky. Tato část práce se blíže věnuje čistě také problematice klimatické změny na úrovni České republiky. Nakonec je její část věnována pojetí přírody dle Phila Macnaghtena a Johna Urryho v jejich díle Contested Natures, které je současně doplněno o přístup Jana Krajhanzla z pohledu psychologie vztahu k přírodě a životnímu prostředí.
