Komparativní analýza přístupů České republiky a Dánska ke kvalitě v dalším vzdělávání

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the approaches of the Czech Republic and Denmark in the areas of determining and measuring the quality of further education. The aim of this work is to analyze and compare the views of both countries on the quality of further education. The introductory part first defines the basic terminology and then it focuses on different concepts in determining the quality of education with a subsequent narrowing to the quality of further education. It also describes the situation in selected areas of further education in the Czech Republic and Denmark. The historical development of further education is presented complemented by the current situation regarding legislation, counseling, financing, and participation in further education. The descriptive part ends with an introduction to the quality tools that both countries establish for educational institutions, educational programs, and lecturer's activities. The central part of the work focuses on the same and different features of both systems, and it generalizes the findings. The aim of the comparative analysis is to find incentives for the development of determining and measuring the quality of further education in both countries. Diplomová práce se věnuje přístupům České republiky a Dánska k oblastem určování a měření kvality dalšího vzdělávání. Cílem práce je analyzovat a srovnat pohledy obou států na kvalitu v dalším vzdělávání. Úvodní část nejprve vymezuje základní terminologii a poté se zaměřuje na rozdílná pojetí v určování kvality vzdělávání s následným zúžením na kvalitu v dalším vzdělávání. Dále popisuje situaci ve vybraných oblastech dalšího vzdělávání České republiky a Dánska. Prezentován je historický vývoj dalšího vzdělávání doplněný o současnou situaci ohledně legislativy, poradenství, financování a participace na dalším vzdělávání. Popisná část je zakončena představením nástrojů kvality, které obě země stanovují pro vzdělávací instituce, vzdělávací programy a lektorskou činnost. Ústřední část práce se zaměřuje na styčné a odlišné znaky obou systémů a zjištění zobecňuje. Cílem komparativní analýzy je nalézt podněty pro rozvoj určování a měření kvality v dalším vzdělávání v obou zemích.
