Sociomapování pracovních týmů

Abstract

Teoretická část diplomové práce se nejprve zabývá matematickými východisky sociomapování, vymezuje různé druhy sociomapování a představuje základní principy vytváření a interpretace sociomap. Sociomapování je zde také srovnáváno s vybranými sociodianostickými a statistickými metodami. V další části je stručně představena problematika pracovních týmů. Navazuje na ni vymezení předmětu a oblastí aplikace sociomapování pracovních týmů. Uvažovány jsou také různé pohledy na sociomapování, řeší se možnosti zjišťování jeho reliability a validity. Empirická část představuje výzkum interpretace sociomap. Kvalitativní studie sleduje, jakým způsobem jsou sociomapy intuitivně interpretovány a v jakých oblastech může potenciálně docházet k chybným úsudkům. Kvantitativní část zachycuje schopnost a jistotu interpretací sociomap a zjišťuje jejich závislost na základních demografických charakteristikách. Rovněž je sledován vztah jistoty interpretace a její obtížnosti.

The theoretical part of the thesis deals at first with the mathematical basis of sociomapping. Several sociomapping types are subsequently defined and the main basic principles for the creation and interpretation of sociomaps are described. Sociomapping is also compared to selected sociodiagnostic and statistical methods. Workteam issues are briefly introduced in the next chapter. The subject and areas of workteam sociomapping application are then defined. The final part addresses several aspects of sociomapping and discusses possibilities of measuring its reliability and validity. The empirical part presents a research on interpretation of sociomaps. Qualitative study shows how sociomaps are interpreted intuitively and which areas of interpretation can be potentially problematic. The quantitative part captures the ability and degree of certainty of sociomap interpretation and determines their dependence on demographic variables. The relationship between the certainty of interpretation and its difficulty is considered as well.
