Abstract

Diplomová práce "Efekt školy chůze na protéze na stabilitu a parametry chůze pacientů se stehenní amputací" pojednává o problematice pacientů s transfemorální amputací z vaskulární etiologie. Jsou v ní zmíněny základní poznatky o rehabilitaci osob s amputací dolních končetin. Dále jsou v ní popsány hlavní komplikace, které amputace přináší do života pacientů: bolesti spojené s amputací, kožní komplikace a psychologické obtíže. Důraz je kladen na chůzi a její nácvik u pacientů s amputací. Zabývám se také odchylkami běžně pozorovanými při chůzi těchto pacientů oproti zdravé populaci, faktorům ovlivňujícím chůzi, včetně toho jak jednotlivé komponenty protézy ovlivní chůzi pacienta. Praktická část je věnována srovnání dvou odlišných přístupů k nácviku chůze. Efekt jednotlivých přístupů je hodnocen na základě výsledků dvou skupin pacientů. Výsledky byly získány vyšetřením na senzometrické plošině, měřením rychlosti a kadence chůze, hodnocením videozáznamu chůze pacienta. Dále používám funkční testy: LCI - 5, ABIS - R, ABC skore a PEQ. Všechna tato vyšetření byla provedena na počátku a konci třítýdenního pobytu pacientů na Klinice rehabilitace v Hradci Králové. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Diploma thesis "Effect of gait school with prosthesis on stability and walking parameters of patients after transfemoral amputation deals with problems of patients after transfemoral amputation due to vascular etiology. It mentions elementary knowledge of rehabilitation after amputation of lower extremity. Furthermore, there are described main complications that amputation brings into the patient ́s life: pain associated with amputation, skin complications and psychological hardships. Emphasis is laid on gait and gait practice for patients with amputation. I further deal with deviations commonly observed on gait of these patients and with factors influencing the gait, including the influence of particular parts of the prosthesis on patients ́ gait. The practical part is dedicated to comparison of two different approaches to gait practice. The effect of these approaches is evaluated on the basis of results of two groups of patients. The results were gathered by examination on force plate, measurement of gait velocity, examination of gait cadence and evaluation of patients ́s gait videos. Furthermore, I use functional tests: LCI - 5, ABIS - R, ABC scale and PEQ.
