Komparace českých a slovenských personálních stran

Abstract

This thesis deals with one of the phenomena of the personalization of politics, personal parties. Personnel parties are not particularly scrutinized in current political science discourse. However, it can be assumed that the phenomenon of personalization will increasingly permeate the political environment. Therefore, the goal of this work is to fill this empty gap and analyze selected Czech and Slovak personnel parties in a mutual comparison. The choice of countries is by no means random. The Czech and Slovak Republics were still one country until 1992, so it will be interesting to see if the parties in both countries develop differently. The ANO and SPD movements will be analyzed from the Czech sides, and the SME RODINA and OLANO movements from the Slovak sides. The movement was chosen because it has successfully passed at least two elections and is still active in the parliament of both countries. Movements will be explored from different perspectives. The first perspective will be the position of leader within the party, where a strong to dominant position is assumed. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá jedním z fenoménů personalizace politiky, personálními stranami. Personální strany nejsou v současném politologickém diskurzu nijak zvlášť zkoumané. Lze se však domnívat, že bude fenomén personalizace čím dál více prostupovat politické prostředí. Proto je cílem této práce zaplnit tuto prázdnou mezeru, a zanalyzovat vybrané české a slovenské personální strany ve vzájemné komparaci. Výběr zemí není nikterak náhodný. Česká a Slovenská republika byly ještě do roku 1992 jednou zemí, proto bude zajímavé sledovat, zda se strany v obou zemích vyvíjejí různě. Z českých stran budou analyzována hnutí ANO a SPD, a ze slovenských stran hnutí SME RODINA a OLANO. Hnutí byla vybrána z důvodu toho, že úspěšně prošla alespoň dvěma volbami a doposud působí v parlamentu obou zemí. Hnutí budou zkoumána z různých perspektiv. První perspektivou bude pozice lídra v rámci strany, kde se předpokládá silné až dominantní postavení. Ve druhé části se analýza zaměří na stabilitu stran z vnější a vnitřní částí, a poslední část bude zkoumat, zda se u personálních stran vyskytuje pevná programová pozice. Cílem práce je potvrdit či vyvrátit hypotézy, které se týkají kombinace různých faktorů, spojených s personálními stranami.
