Osamělost v kontextu Existenciální hagioterapie

Abstract

Loneliness represents an important existential aspect of being, which forms a necessary element of the internal dynamic structure of a human being. In direct encounter with this foundation of life, we experience anxiety, to which our psyche reacts with various defense strategies. If our efforts fail, its clinical manifestations begin. However, loneliness in the context of Existential hagiotherapy has not yet been further developed or explored. The master's thesis therefore tries to contribute to the opening of the discussion, offers a certain summarization of the sources that are crucial for hagiotherapy, and dares to propose some alternative perspectives. The theoretical part is devoted to the first aim of this thesis: Description of loneliness in the context of Existential hagiotherapy. Loneliness is discussed first from the point of view of I. D. Yalom's Existential psychotherapy, then from the point of view of M. Buber and E. Lévinas. Then the thesis focuses on the pair loneliness and relationship. The relationship appears in two forms - a way out of loneliness (M. Buber and E. Lévinas) and a defense against loneliness (I. D. Yalom). Osamělost představuje existenciálu, která tvoří důležitý prvek vnitřní dynamické struktury člověka. Při přímém setkání s tímto životním fundamentem prožíváme úzkost, na kterou naše psychika reaguje různými obrannými strategiemi. Jestliže naše snahy selhávají, nastupují její klinické projevy. Osamělost však v kontextu Existenciální hagioterapie nebyla doposud více rozvinuta ani zkoumána. Tato práce se proto snaží přispět k otevření diskuse, nabízí určitou sumarizaci zdrojů, které jsou pro hagioterapii klíčové a odvažuje se navrhnout i některé alternativní pohledy. Teoretická část se věnuje prvnímu cíli práce: Deskripci osamělosti v kontextu Existenciální hagioterapie. Osamělost je nahlížena nejprve z pohledu Existenciální psychoterapie I. D. Yaloma, dále z perspektivy M. Bubera a E. Lévinase. Poté dochází k tematizování dvojice osamělost - vztah, kde se vztah vyjevuje ve dvou podobách: východisko z osamělosti (M. Buber a E. Lévinas) a obrana před osamělostí (I. D. Yalom). Následuje přímé hledisko hagioterapie, v němž se osamělost konkretizuje jako porušení mezilidských vztahů, odcizení od bytostného Já, jehož podstatou je rozhovor. Osamělost lze prolomit a výstup se děje skrze vztah - k ostatním lidem a k Bohu. Lévinase navrhujeme jako další úhel pohledu vedle Buberova pojetí. Empirická část se...
