Abstract

Název práce: Konzervativní terapie neuropatie nervus ulnaris v loketní krajině Cíle práce: Hlavním cílem práce je vytvoření komplexního obrazového edukačního materiálu, tzv. pacientské brožury pro pacienty s diagnózou neuropatie n. ulnaris v loketní krajině. Druhým cílem je představení aplikace Priessnitzova obkladu u diagnózy neuropatie n. ulnaris na dvou kazuistikách. Dílčím cílem práce je shrnutí problematiky týkající se poznatků o neuropatii n. ulnaris v loketní krajině a její konzervativní léčbě formou teoretické rešerše. Metody zpracování dat: K tvorbě práce byla použita metoda obsahové analýzy literárních zdrojů, na základě které vznikla teoretická rešerše. V návaznosti na tom byly vytvořeny pacientské brožury. Praktické části práce se účastnili dva pacienti s diagnózou neuropatie n. ulnaris v loketní krajině. Oba pacienti byli léčeni edukačním pohovorem stran režimových opatření a instruktáží k aplikaci Priessnitzova obkladu. Kromě cíleného specifického vyšetření byl pacientům předán k vyplnění dotazník QuickDASH, a proto bylo užito i metody dotazování. Dále byla využitá metoda komparace při porovnávání výsledků vstupního a výstupního vyšetření, které tvořily základ pro vyhodnocení úspěšnosti terapie. Title: Conservative therapy of ulnar neuropathy at the elbow Aims: The main goal of this work is to create a comprehensive visual educational material, the so-called patient brochure for patients with a diagnosis of neuropathy of the ulnar nerve in the elbow. The second goal is to present the application of Priessnitz wrap in the diagnosis of ulnar nerve neuropathy in two case reports. A partial goal of this work is to summarize the issues concerning the knowledge of neuropathy of the ulnar nerve in the elbow landscape and its conservative treatment in the form of theoretical research. Methods of work: The method of content analysis of literary sources was used to create the work, on the basis of which a theoretical search was created. Following this, patient brochures were created. The practical part of the work involved two patients with a diagnosis of neuropathy of the ulnar nerve in the elbow.
