Abstract

DIPLOMOVÉ PRÁCE Název práce: Problém uplatňování politických, kulturních, historických a územních práv Evenků v Rusku Autor práce: Zhdanov Ilia Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Michael Romancov, Ph.D Počet stran a znaků: 1/1199 Abstrakt Dost diskutované jsou problémy spojené s realizací práv národů bez vlastních států. Některé národy dobývají jiné v rámci státní expanze, po níž je řada národů na pokraji řešení mnoha problémů - jak přežít, jak realizovat svá politická, sociální, kulturní práva v rámci stávající reality? V této diplomové práci byl vzat konkrétní příklad jednoho malého severního národa na Dálném východě Ruska, Evenků. V první části byly zvažovány modely federalismu, jedním z nich je ruský federalismus. Ruský federalismus je unikátní z řady důvodů, ale hlavní je složitá federativní struktura - některé subjekty federace v rámci jiných, etnoteritoriální a teritoriální principy vybudování federace. V druhé části bylo studováno postavení Evenků v Rusku, ukazatele znalosti jazyka, přítomnost jejich vlastních územních autonomií, vývoj jejich postavení v rámci ruského státu. Ve třetí části byly zvažovány zkušenosti jiných států ve vztahu k jejich malým národům - Kanady a Číny. Some nations conquer others within the framework of state expansion, after which many nations are on the verge of solving many problems - how to survive, how to realize their political, social, cultural rights within the existing reality? In this thesis work, a specific example of one small northern nation in the Far East of Russia, the Evenks, was taken. In the first part, models of federalism were considered, one of which is Russian federalism. Russian federalism is unique for a number of reasons, but the main thing is a complex federal structure - some subjects of the federation within others, a national-territorial and at the same time territorial type of federation. In the second part, the position of the Evenks in Russia was studied, the indicators of knowledge of the language, the presence of their own territorial autonomies, the evolution of their position within the Russian state were studied.
