Typologie obyvatel alternativních forem bydlení

Abstract

Práce se zabývá zkoumáním alternativních způsobů bydlení (konkrétně v karavanech, maringotkách, lodích, hausbótech, dodávkách, jurtách a tiny housech vyznačující se mobilitou a specifickou velikostí) v kontextu současné krize a mohou být reakcí na společenskou, politickou či ekonomickou situaci. Téma je zasazeno nejen do současné problematiky krize bydlení, ale též do procesu zabydlování a konceptu domova. Práce se na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které jsou doplněné o související sekundární data, snaží porozumět podstatě daných voleb a nalézt tak vzájemné podobnosti a odlišnosti hlubšího vztahování se obyvatel k vlastní formě bydlení, které vychází z jednotlivých motivací, důvodů výběru, prožívání domova, ale také problémů, které s sebou často daný typ bydlení přináší. Právě různorodé vztahování se k obydlí je podkladem stanoveného cíle práce - vytvoření typologie obyvatel alternativních forem bydlení. Typy staromilec, dobyvatel cest, pragmatik, pěstitel a bohém vznikly interpretací vytvořených dat a jsou projevem nejen rozdílného přístupu k domovu, ale též k sobě samému a ke světu. This thesis is focused on alternative forms of living (caravans, boats, houseboats, yurts, tiny houses, and others specified by high mobility and small space) in the context of the recent crisis. These forms of living can be an answer to social, political, and economical situations. This theme is not only about the recent housing crisis, but also about the housing process and the concept of "home". This thesis, based on half-structured interviews which were completed with additional secondary sources, tries to find an understanding of the given choices and look for similarities and differences in the deeper relations of inhabitants to their own form of housing, which are tied to specific motivations, choices, home enjoyment, but also to problems which the specific form has. The diverse relations to housing are the core of this thesis - to create a typology of citizens who use alternative forms of living. Types like old-school, adventurer, pragmatic, planter and bohemian were created due to the interpretation of found data and are representatives of different approaches to the concept of home, but also to oneself and to the world.
