Ukrajinské téma jako nástroj konsodilace Putinova Ruska

Abstract

Téma diplomové práce zjišťuje, jaký byl ruský vnitropolitický kontext eskalace vzájemných vztahů. Ověřuje tvrzení, že ukrajinské téma sloužilo v průběhu posledních dvou desetiletí ruskému politickému vedení k postupné vnitřní konsolidaci ruské společnosti, zaskočené rozpadem Sovětského svazu, a využití protiukrajinských historických narativů ruskou elitou proto lze interpretovat jako nástroj ustálení postsovětské ruské identity ve tvaru, který vyhovuje aktuálním zájmům ruského mocenského centra. Jakou roli hrála historická politika ve využití ukrajinského tématu k vnitřní konsolidaci Ruska práce zkoumá prostřednictvím rozboru argumentace představitelů Ruské federace vůči Ukrajině, a to od nástupu Vladimira Putina po ruskou invazi na Ukrajinu v roce 2022. Toto zkoumání předpokládá podrobnou teoretickou argumentaci, které věnuji první polovinu práce. Následně teoreticko- metodologická zjištění aplikuji ve druhé části práce při analýze projevů ruských reprezentantů, které dělím na následující hlavní analytické celky: vývoj rusko-ukrajinských vztahů na základě výstupů ruských prezidentů, ukrajinské téma a narativ dědictví Velké vlastenecké války a Rusko a Ukrajina jako společný kulturní prostor. This thesis investigates the Russian domestic political context of the escalation of relations. It verifies the claim that the Ukrainian issue has served the Russian political leadership over the past two decades to gradually consolidate internally Russian society, caught off guard by the collapse of the Soviet Union, and the Russian elite's use of anti-Ukrainian historical narratives can therefore be interpreted as a tool to stabilize post-Soviet Russian identity in a form that suits the current interests of the Russian power centre. What role historical politics has played in the use of the Ukrainian issue for Russia's internal consolidation is explored in this thesis through an analysis of the argumentation of the Russian Federation's leaders towards Ukraine, from the rise of Vladimir Putin to the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. This examination presupposes a detailed theoretical argumentation, to which I devote the first half of the thesis.
