| dc.description.abstract | Author: Petr Kovárník Supervisor: PhDr. Ivana Vláčilová, Ph.D. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after total ankle replacement Objectives: The goal of my work was to study and summarise the knowledge about the artrosis of an ankle joint and the condition after total ankle replacement. Part of this work is a practical part, which presents a case of study of a pacient with this diagnosis. Methods: Every method used in this work comes from bachelor's study of physiotherapy at FTVS. Results: Fyziotherapy treatment provided improvement in almost every criteria of the clinical state of the pacient. | dc.description.abstract | Autor: Petr Kovárník Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Ivana Vláčilová, Ph.D. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po totální endoprotéze hlezenního kloubu Cíl: Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo prostudovat a shrnout poznatky o problematice artrózy hlezenního kloubu a následném stavu po aplikaci totální náhrady. Součástí práce je i praktická část, která pojednává o kazuistice pacienta s touto diagnózou. Metody: Všechny metody použité v této práci vychází z bakalářského studia fyzioterapie na FTVS. Výsledky: Fyzioterapeutická péče prokázala zlepšení klinického stavu pacienta téměř ve všech kritériích.
