Zjistit informovanost vybraných respondentů ve věku 18 - 35 let o správné hygieně dutiny ústní

Abstract

My final thesis deals with the the topic of awareness of selected respondents aged 18 - 35 years about good oral hygiene in a selected dental office. In the theoretical part of the thesis, a brief overview of dental anatomy and it's general characteristics are presented. Furthermore, the anatomy of the dentition is expanded by a brief anatomy of the periodontium. This is followed by selected oral diseases that are most commonly encountered. Dentistry as a separate discipline also encounters the myths and superstitions that are prevalent in society and at the same time the different types of prevetion - primary, secondary and tertiar - are completely related to them. The different types of prevention reflect the areas that we classify among them. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is an attempt to assess the level of knowledge and awareness of the selected respondents in a particular dental practice. The information required for the practical part of the bachelor thesis was obtained by means of questionnaire survey. The results of this research can be found in the second part of bachelor thesis. From these results, it can be seen that the awareness of the respondent sis 47 % based on the correct answers. Závěrečná práce se zabývá tématem informovanosti vybraných respondentů ve věku 18-35 let o správné hygieně dutiny ústní ve vybrané zubní ordinaci. V teoretické části práce se nachází přehled stručné anatomie chrupu a jeho obecná charakteristika. Dále anatomii chrupu rozšiřuje stručná anatomie parodontu. Na toto téma navazují vybraná onemocnění dutiny ústní, která se nejčastěji vyskytují. Stomatologie jako samostatný obor se také setkává s mýty a pověrami, které se ve společnosti vyskytují a zároveň, s nimiž zcela souvisí jednotlivé typy prevence - primární, sekundární a terciální. Jednotlivé typy prevence odrážejí oblasti, které mezi ně řadíme. Cílem této bakalářské práce je snaha zhodnotit míru znalostí a informovanost vybraných respondentů v konkrétní zubní ordinaci. Informace potřebné ke zpracování praktické části bakalářské práce byly získány formou anonymního dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky tohoto výzkumu lze nalézt v druhé části bakalářské práce. Z těchto výsledků je zřejmé, že informovanost respondentů je na základě správných odpovědí 47 %. Celkově 53 % chybných odpovědí vypovídá o nedostatečné informovanosti o vizuálu zubního kartáčku, náplni práce dentální hygienistky, faktorů pro výběr zubní pasty a pravdivosti výroků ve stomatologii.
