| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this theses called Task shifting in nurses'competencies is to evaluate whether nurses in the Czech Republic know their legally established competencies and whether they support their further increase. Another goal is to compare the level of nurses'competencies in the Czech Republic and England. The research reveals that Czech nurses are not familiar with their legal competencies. However, they support their further increase on condition that their salary and legal protection rises. Following the example of England, Czech nurses could take over the prescribing of drugs and the interpretation of ECG. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce Task shifting v kompetencích všeobecných sester je zjistit, zda všeobecné sestry v České republice znají své zákonem stanovené kompetence a zda podporují jejich další navyšování. Dalším cílem je porovnat úroveň kompetencí sester v České republice a v Anglii. Výzkum práce odhaluje, že české všeobecné sestry se ve svých zákonných kompetencích neorientují.
