Role menstruačního cyklu a jeho synchronizace v partnerském vztahu dvou žen

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of menstrual synchronization and is designed as a theoretical-practical thesis. The theoretical part describes the physiological menstrual cycle, including its hormonal regulation and hormones involved in this control; all phases of the menstrual cycle and other cyclical changes that regularly occur in the female organism. The thesis also outlines the effect that psychological aspects may have on the character of the menstrual cycle and discusses in detail the issues of premenstrual syndrome and premenstrual dysphoric disorder. The theoretical part is concluded with a chapter focused on menstrual synchronization itself. The main aim of this thesis is to determine whether menstrual synchrony occurs in partner relationships. The sub-objectives of this thesis are to find out whether this synchronization occurs more frequently between female partners or cohabitants, after how long cohabitation synchronization occurs and what symptoms of premenstrual syndrome occur in the respondents. The practical part focuses on the role of menstruation and its synchronisation in the studied groups in the form of a questionnaire survey. Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice menstruační synchronizace a je koncipována jako teoreticko-praktická. Teoretická část popisuje fyziologický menstruační cyklus včetně jeho hormonální regulace a hormonů, jež se na tomto řízení podílí; všechny fáze menstruačního cyklu a další cyklické změny, které pravidelně nastávají v ženském organismu. Práce také nastiňuje, jaký efekt mohou mít psychologické aspekty na charakter menstruačního cyklu a podrobněji se věnuje problematice premenstruačního syndromu a premenstruační dysforické poruchy. Závěrem teoretické části je samostatná kapitola věnovaná právě menstruační synchronizaci. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, zda v partnerských vztazích dochází k menstruační synchronizaci. Dílčími cíli práce je zjistit, zda k této synchronizaci dochází častěji mezi partnerkami či spolubydlícími, po jak dlouhé době soužití k synchronizaci dochází a jaké příznaky premenstruačního syndromu se u respondentek vyskytují. Praktická část se formou dotazníkového šetření zaměřuje na roli menstruace a její synchronizaci v daných zkoumaných skupinách. Cílovou skupinou jsou lesbické ženy, kontrolní skupinou jsou spolubydlící. Dotazník byl v online formě zveřejněn na sociálních sítích od 1.1.2023 do 31.3.2023 a odpovědělo na něj celkem 316 respondentek ze skupiny...
