Dopad zvoleného managementu zamlklého těhotenství (chirurgický vs. farmakologický přístup) na psychický stav pacientky

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with pregnancy loss in the first trimester, specifically missed abortion. The aim of this thesis is to compare the impact of the chosen management of missed abortion (surgical vs. pharmacological approach) on the patient's mental state. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of terms on the topic of pregnancy, the process of fertilization, changes in the organism of the pregnant woman, the duration of pregnancy and disorders of its duration. Subsequently, the thesis deals with missed abortion, its causes and possible solutions. The last section of the theoretical part focuses on psychosocial interventions during abortion. The practical part of the thesis is conceived as a research part for which a questionnaire survey was used. The research was conducted partly at the Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic of the 1st Medical Faculty of Charles University and the General University Hospital in Prague, specifically at the G3 department and the general gynecological outpatient clinic. Bakalářská práce se zabývá těhotenskou ztrátou v prvním trimestru, konkrétně zamlklým těhotenstvím. Cílem této práce je porovnat dopad zvoleného managementu zamlklého těhotenství (chirurgický vs. farmakologický přístup) na psychický stav pacientky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje definicím pojmů k tématu těhotenství, procesu oplození, změnám v organismu těhotné ženy, trvání délky těhotenství a poruchám jeho trvání. Následně se práce zabývá zamlklým těhotenstvím, jeho příčinami a možnostmi řešení. Poslední oddíl teoretické části je zaměřen na psychosociální intervence v průběhu potratu. Praktická část práce je pojatá jako část výzkumná a k jejímu zpracování bylo využito dotazníkové šetření. Výzkum probíhal částečně na Gynekologicko-porodnické klinice 1. lékařské fakulty Univerzity Karlovy a Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze a to konkrétně na oddělení G3 a všeobecné gynekologické ambulanci. Druhá část respondentek byla k dotazníkovému šetření přivzata přes sociální sítě. Cílem praktické práce bylo porovnat vliv zvolené metody managementu těhotenské ztráty (chirurgický vs. farmakologický přístup) na psychiku pacientek.
