Aspekty ovlivňující participaci doprovodů dětských pacientů a členů multidisciplinárního týmu nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků průběhu hospitalizace ve FN Motol

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of participation of the parents or other close persons of the patients during the hospitalization of the child. The aim of the diploma thesis is to map the aspects that influencers participate in. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, I focus on theoretical knowledge related to the topic. The empirical part is processed using the method of qualitative research using semistructured interviews. The information found during the research investigation is compared in the discussion with theoretical anchoring of the topic. Diplomová práce pojednává o možnostech participování rodiče nebo jiné blízké osoby pacienta na průběhu hospitalizace dítěte. Cílem práce je zmapování aspektů, které tuto participaci ovlivňují. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V části teoretické se věnuji teoretickým poznatkům, které se k tématu vztahují. Empirická část je zpracována metodou kvalitativního výzkumu pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Informace zjištěné během výzkumného šetření jsou v diskusi porovnána s teoretickým ukotvením tématu.
