Komentovaný překlad dokumentárně-historického textu: Vitalij Šentalinskij, Donos na Sokrata, Moskva 2011 (vybraná část - Marina, Ariadna, Sergej. Mucha v pautine)

Abstract

The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to present annotated translation of historical- documentary text. In this case, it is a selected part from one chapter of the book "Donos na Sokrata" by Vitalij Shentalinskij. In the commentary attention was paid not only to problems at various language levels, but also to cultural and the other influences. The theoretical part, which is based on Czech and Slovakian theoretical works of Jiří Levý and Anton Popovič, could also help to facilitate deeper understanding the role of the translator and alternative ways of how the translator can deduce a solution to particular translation problems. Předkládaná diplomová práce si klade za cíl uskutečnit komentovaný překlad dokumentárně-historického textu. V daném případě se jedná o vybranou část z jedné kapitoly knihy Donos na Sokrata od Vitalije Šentalinského. V komentáři se uděluje pozornost různým problémům vzniklým při překladu, a to nejenom na jazykové úrovni, ale také ve sféře kulturní a historické. Teoretická část, která čerpá především z českých a slovenských teoretických prací o překladu od Jiřího Levého a Antona Popoviče, by měla pomoci lépe pochopit roli překladatele a způsoby, jimiž překladatel vybírá určité konkrétní řešení překladatelsky obtížných míst.
