Specifika poskytování krizové intervence ve složkách Integrovaného záchranného systému

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the specifics of providing crisis intervention in Integrated Rescue System services. The first chapter describes the crisis, its types and phases, the second chapter defines the emergency in the context of the Integrated Rescue System interventions. The next chapter describes the types of psychosocial care in the Czech Republic and the indication and risk groups of the population. The fifth chapter contains a description of individual methods of assistance provided by the Integrated Rescue System, which are individual methods of short-term psychosocial intervention and methods of the Critical Incidence Stress Management system. The following chapters of the bachelor thesis describe the services of the Integrated Rescue System, which are the Fire Rescue System of the Czech Republic, the Medical Rescue Service and the Police of the Czech Republic. The thesis focuses on specific procedures of the aid to the secondary victims and defines the indication groups of the population for each service of the Integrated Rescue System. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku specifik poskytování krizové intervence u jednotlivých složek Integrovaného záchranného systému. Literárně přehledová část se ve své první kapitole věnuje popisu krize, jejích typů a fází, ve druhé pak definováním mimořádné události v kontextu zásahů Integrovaného záchranného systému. Dále se zabývá typy psychosociální pomoci v České republice a indikačními a rizikovými skupinami obyvatel. Pátá kapitola obsahuje popis jednotlivých metod pomoci poskytované složkami Integrovaného záchranného systému, kterými jsou jednotlivé metody krátkodobé psychosociální intervence a metody systému Critical Incidence Stress Management. Následující kapitoly bakalářské práce jsou věnovány jednotlivým složkám Integrovaného záchranného systému, kterými jsou Hasičský záchranný systém České republiky, Zdravotnická záchranná služba a Policie České republiky. Práce se zaměřuje na specifické postupy pomoci sekundárně zasaženým a vymezuje indikační skupiny obyvatel pro jednotlivé složky Integrovaného záchranného systému.
