Author: Ondřej Zálešák Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient diagnosed with systemic sclerosis Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis is processing of theoretical knowledge about systemic sclerosis and subsequent utilization of said knowledge to create a case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with this diagnosis. Methods: The methods used in the practical part of this thesis are based on the bachelors physiotherapy programme of UK FTVS. Results: The assessment of the effect of therapy indicates, that the overall condition of the pacient was moderately improved, thus fulfilling the set goals partially. Metody: K vypracování bakalářské práce byly použity metody a techniky naučené během bakalářského studia fyzioterapie na UK FTVS. Výsledky: Ze zhodnocení efektu terapie vyplývá, že došlo k částečnému zlepšení celkového stavu pacienta, čímž byly částečně splněny stanovené cíle.
