Abstract

Title: Sport as a pedagogical tool Objectives: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify and describe, based on available literature and on interviews with coaches and educators, how sport can be used as a pedagogic tool in practice. Methods: The theoretical part contains an analysis of the literature on the pedagogic impact of sport. On the basis of this analysis, three organisations were selected (Ambassadors FC Praha, Scout, Sokol). These organizations were chosen because their goal is personal formation through sport; moreover I have personal experience with these organizations. For these organisations, an analysis of materials (websites, magazines, methodologies) was carried out in order to identify their values, goals, and pedagogic emphases. In addition, I assessed various psychological and pedagogic studies identifying thus the areas that are most easily influenced through sport. The practical part identifies, through semi-structured interviews with one coach from each selected organisation, what their pedagogic activities look like in practice. In these interviews I inquire about three thematic areas: the values and goals of the organization, the use of sport as a pedagogical tool, and the demands on coaches and their further formation and training. Název: Sport jako výchovný prostředek Cíle: Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit a popsat na základě dostupné literatury a rozhovorů s trenéry a vychovateli, jak lze v praxi využívat sport jako výchovný prostředek. Metody: Teoretická část obsahuje rozbor literatury týkající se výchovného působení sportu. Na základě toho rozboru byly vybrány tři organizace (Ambassadors FC Praha, Skaut, Sokol). Tyto organizace byly vybrány, jelikož jejich cílem je výchova skrze sport, a zároveň mám s těmito organizacemi vlastní zkušenost. U těchto organizací byl proveden rozbor materiálů (webové stránky, časopisy, metodiky), aby bylo možné identifikovat hodnoty, cíle a výchovné směřování organizací. Dále byla prostudována literatura o psychologii a výchově, ze které vzešly oblasti, které jsou skrze sport nejsnadněji ovlivnitelné. Praktická část zjišťuje skrze polostrukturované rozhovory s jedním trenérem z každé vybrané organizace, jak vypadá jejich výchovná činnost v praxi. Dotazuji se na tři tematické okruhy: hodnoty a cíle organizace, využití sportu jako výchovného prostředku, nároky na trenéry a jejich další vzdělávání.
