Abstract

TITLE: Impacts of distance learning on education in the field of chef- waiter ABSTRACT Diplom thesis deals with the distance learning of the practical training on the secondary vocational schools in the extraordinary epidemiological time between year 2020 - 2021. Thesis responds to the situation in the Czech schools during the Covid 19 pandemic, when it was introduced the online learning not only in the Elementary and High Schools but also at the Universities. The reason for that was the limitation of spreading the disease. Thesis has two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part are described the anti - epidemic measures, which have been put into praxis on the basis of government regulations. Furthermore, the teoretical part sumarizes the results of available research dealing with distance learning. One of the main topics will be focused on the course of the final examinations in the branch chef - waiter, this topic was much discussed because of the absence the educational practice. In the theoretical part, therefore, I also focus on practical training and final exams. NÁZEV: Dopady distanční výuky na vzdělání v oboru Kuchař-číšník ABSTRAKT Diplomová práce se zabývá distanční výukou odborného výcviku na středních odborných učilištích v době mimořádných epidemiologických opatření v letech 2020 -2021 a jejími dopady. Reaguje na situaci v českém školství během pandemie Covid - 19, kdy byla zavedena distanční výuka nejen na základních a středních školách, ale i na vysokých školách z důvodů omezení šíření nákazy. Je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsána protiepidemiologická opatření, která byla uvedena do praxe na základě vládních nařízení. Dále teoretická část sumarizuje výsledky dostupných výzkumů zabývajících se distanční výukou. Teoretická část také popisuje vzdělávání v oboru kuchař - číšník. Jedním z hlavních okruhů zájmu je průběh a výsledky závěrečných zkoušek na učebním oboru kuchař - číšník. Závěrečné zkoušky v učebních oborech byly diskutovány s ohledem na absenci odborného výcviku. Teoretická část tedy pojednává rovněž o praktické výuce a závěrečných zkouškách. Praktická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na zkušenosti učitelů odborného výcviku na různých školách stejného zaměření v době pandemie.
